I am humbled and honored to receive the recognition of Hometown Hero this evening from BJH. I would like to thank Rhonda who nominated me for the work we do in the community. I give God all the praise for this accomplishment. I thank you all for all the well wishes, support and encouragement. Thank you to Health Literacy Ministry's Board members and volunteers who continue to support the mission of educating seniors to take control of their health. Thank you to BJH Foundation for partnering with us to provide the free services which also includes providing free blood pressure machines. We were blessed to conduct over 1,500 blood pressure screenings last year and I did not do it alone. Thank you again and may God bless each and every one of you.
